To celebrate the life and work of Lindsay Cooper (1951-2013), four legendary bands come together from points halfway across the earth to perform Lindsay’s music as part of the EFG London Jazz Festival, The Hudersfield Internation Music Festival and the Teatro Diego Fabbri theatre in Forli, Italy.

This double CD set collects together, amongst other things all of Outtakes for Other Occasions and music for The Small Screen, both of which were never commercially released; all four pieces from The Classic Guide to No Mans Land, the subscription collage 7” Pictures from the Great Exhibition, an extract from the Concerto for Sopranino Saxophone and Orchestra, a great 33 minute unreleased recording by Trio Trabant (with Alfred Harth and Phil Minton), Education sung by Sally Potter, 

In the Dark Year, sung by Robert Wyatt, Petrified with David Thomas and a truly extraordinary solo piano performance recorded at Roulette in 1985. 

Booklet with documents and photographs and texts by Sally Potter, Tim Hodgkinson, David Thomas and Kate Westbrook.
